DFA Passport Requirements: Minors Below 18 Years Old

For minor below 18 years old, these are the following passport application requirements. Please note that the following list of DFA passport application for applicants below 18 years old were taken from the official website of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Philippines, Manila.

DFA Passport Application Additional Requirements: Minors Below 18 Year of Age

• Personal appearance of minor with both parents or mother .
• Personal appearance of minor with mother (if minor is of illegitimate status).
• Personal appearance of mother (if minor is 7yrs old & below).
• Passport of person traveling with the minor, original and photocopy.
